Paid for a meat and three sides, but I only got two of my sides. Otherwise the meal was delicious.
Didn't include my gravy with my country fried steak. No butter with biscuits and cornbread. Hash brown casserole was very dry. Not happy at all.
They forgot one of my items and every time I order from them they do not include the sauces that it says are included with item
The meatloaf was raw. And I didn't receive my sweet tea, and the food was cold.
I ordered 2 family pancake breakfasts & only one order of eggs, bacon, hash brown casserole came. There were two orders of pancakes but only one of everything else. Also my extra 4 biscuits did not come either. This order was almost $200 and I just expected to get what I ordered.
So I ordered pinto beans and they're dry real dry. I got hash brown casserole dry okra. It's OK mashed potatoes are so crusty and dry. I did not get my gravy for my biscuits.
The order took more than 50 minutes to prepare and when he food arrived it was cold. Not because of the driver but because they did not give him the order until 30+ minutes after he arrived.
I was supposed to get three different main dishes with this order. They were out of one of them so they gave me a whole bunch of one of the other. I just did not like it at all. The dumplings were not done.
Missing both house salad ordered. Took almost 2 hours to get the order ready for our dasher.
