They always forget my syrup when I order pancakes
Our order arrived with only one meal with the ordered breads! $50 for one meal!
Missing items and they didn't offer to redeliver and didn't see bothered by it.
The Country Fried Steak is good, but not when they forget the gravy, and they forget it about half the time. I will not order it again.
Bacon was burnt. Black. Hard to believe someone actually included in package.
I thought I was going to get a bigger bowl of soup but NO. It looked like a cup of soup, plus, they did not send crackers. I know I can get a bigger bowl of soup from another restaurant for about the price I was charged. I know the rest of my order will be much better than the CUP of soup they sent me.
Pancakes were burnt. Ham was so salty couldn't eat it. As a long time Cracker Barrel fan it's very disappointing what has become of it. Never again
Chicken fried chicken was sent with no gravy and packaged with the wrong sides. Chicken dippers were packaged with the wrong sides
Ordered chicken dippers which comes with 3 dips. I got 0 dips. Also ordered ketchup which I didn't get. This is 2nd time this happened. Will not be a 3rd. Cracker Barrel, you need to check if orders are correct.
