took forever to get my order ready and did not communicate at all with my Dasher who was waiting over half an hour. packaged, sealed and handed off incomplete order-items missing.
I love the food, but they get something wrong almost every time I order through DoorDash. Incompetence.
There was no Pumpkin pie. I want to be reimbursed the $18.19.
The Chicken n' Dumplins were inedible! The gravy on the potatoes was like someone skimmed the congealed layer off the top of some week old gravy.
Momma's French Toast Breakfast® was burnt beyond recognition.
Seems like 'Sunny Side Up' is actually CB's code for hard scrambled egs. And perhaps it's just me, but floppy bacon is not crisp. 2 menu/order items that CB totally missed the mark. Dissapointing.
My order was also $35.00 which was entirely to much for the food I recieved and the quality of it!
I ordered dinner today and the food was horrible! also look like the plate was for a kid I got the roast beef dinner it had...roast beef/2 very thin slices look like they were cut in half ...okra/12 okras a loaded baked sweet potatoe/ suppose to have candied pecans and marshmallows...the sweet potatoe wash so small and no pecans look like they dropped the marshmallow on top and it fell on the side of the sweet potatoe wasn't on top of it...and I ordered some peach cobbler to try it was so cold and they made it out of cracker... read more
No biscuits or cornbread for anyone that ordered. Everything else is good. For some reason this location almost always leaves something off the order so don't order any additions.
