Every single time I order and pay for an extra gravy cup, they never include it. Ever. Food is usually good, but today they didn't include my gravy, of course, and the smoked sausage was obviously old because it was so hard and cold that a knife wouldn't even cut it.
Pancake tacos were greasy. Pancakes were burned.
I did not get my slaw and there was even a checklist where it was clearly not checked off. Chicken and Dumplings were all dumplings. Very little chicken. Hardly any but a few small bites.
Asked for 3 honey mustard cups. Received 1 and it was not even half full for 6 hicken fingers.
It was cold and my sausage was burnt
These eggs are not scrambled. They are cooked and folded over. Huge pet peeve. Food tasted ok. But packaged poorly with gravy for some odd reason.

The food is good but they always forget to add gravy to my Chicken Fried Chicken and thats really frustrating
