The food was hot and fresh. Delivery was very late due to kitchen delays
As always, everything was hot and delicious. The driver was friendly and helpful in getting everything ready.
Cracker Barrel tried to cancel my order the night before the event. Thanksfully Ezcater customer service was fantastic and made the honor the commitment. I followed all of Cracker Barrels requirements for ordering and ordered 2 weeks ahead of time and they confirmed the order twice. While the food was delicious it makes me think twice before ordering with them again.
Better than in the restaurant. Great JoB CRACKER BARREL!
Food was good. Delivered in smaller pans for easy clean up. Driver kept us updated on the delivery. Vendor was late with preparation and did not provide utensils/napkins. I can only select "too late." It wasn't that late, just be mindful.
The grilled chicken tenders are delish. So many side options to choose from!
Food was delicious! Delivery Driver was great very professional and polite.
Order was on time; all requests were met. However, biscuits and gravy were not listed on menu I ordered...which was a nice bonus. I just want to be sure it wasn't an accident, so I don't count on that for a future order. :)
First time we had this for our team. And it was great.
