I have used Craig for my last 2 home purchases. He has been doing this awhile and knows his stuff. I always enjoy how quick Craig is with everything he does - with his answers, with his turnaround time - the whole experience has gone smoothly with both home transactions. Craig is my go to for anything regarding my home finances and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any friend in need.

Craig helped us with our mortgage in 2012 and was great to work with. Our situation had some interesting issues that came up, and he was able to walk us through them, and work with the agents to keep things moving, and while our closeing ended up being delayed (due to some late seller disclosures), everything went as well as could be expected! I would (and have) definitely recommend Craig to help with any mortgage assistance you are looking for!

Craig was awesome! I had a horrible experience with another lender and decided (at the very last minute) to switch lenders and go with Craig. He knew about the short time frame we had and seriously called me more times in one day than my other lender did in 2 months. I have never seen someone work as fast and hard as he did. I never had to step foot in his office, we did everything via email, phone, fax and he even came to my office to pick up paperowork. As first time buyers we appreciated that Craig kept us informed. And when we misunderstood the process points, Craig took time to walk us through the steps and make sure we understood what was going on, or what was needed, etc. We couldn't be happier with the service Craig provided.

It was a flawless refinance transaction of our home. Craig is very knowledgeable in his field. He keeps you up to date on the process and closed the transaction with OUT any delays or hiccups. Craig has the old school customer service that should be an everyday task for most people in this career. Do the best job for the customer and when needed do a little extra to make sure the customer remembers the great experience. Craig has helped me with both new purchase financing as well as refinancing of existing loans for my personal residence as well as investment rental properties.
