I used Craig Walker to help me secure a loan for my home. It was trickey because I am self-employed and have income from a few sources. Plus, I was keeping my old house as a rental property, and wasn't sure how this was all going to be looked at. Craig answered my questions, explained how mortgage lenders and underwriters look at these things, and kept me in the loop as my loan was getting approved. When it was all completed and the sale went through, I recieved a neat and practical house warming gift as well.
Craig did an excellent job facilitating my refinance. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would work with Craig again. The only downside to the transaction was the number of times my loan was sold to a different holding company. This made my initial payments a little frustrating. But, this issue was nothing he had any control over I'm sure.
We've purchased and refinanced a few homes multiple times with Craig and would highly recommend him to our friends and family. He's personable, upfront, knowledgeable and always has our best interest in mind. He continues to stay in touch and keep us in the loop about any changes in the housing market regarding our financing.
