buyer beware of this company,they have added late fees and additional payments into my account,for example the day before yesterday I made 2 payment on my car loan plus late fees,the bill for the total amount was $553,as soon as I submitted the payment $663 pops up in amount owed and the $663 I didn't authorize them to take.i could go on and on ,how they manipulate your numbers not to mention they call you everyday all day everyday.even just after making a payment and tell them when you'll be
Nothing but problems lately. The app opens but won't allow you to log in. It's been doing this for a month now. I have to go to the website to look at my loan info. what's the point of having an app if it doesn't work?
The only problem i have is when inlay my payment it takes up to three days for my payment to be taking off my card when everything else i do its instantly taken off
8/23/25 This app doesn't allow me to setup as a new user. After agreeing to the terms and conditions, I'm directed to a phone communications agreement. After reviewing and checking the box stating that I agree, there's absolutely no way to go any further. The screen doesn't scroll down to allow me to continue and complete setting up my new account. Technology is an important part business and customer relations. Please fix this issue. Is there another way to make payment?
