it always down. I can't see anything. then I have go to the online account that suggest I go the mobile app. it's a mess
Someone please contact me before I make another payment. Your company changed my payment with contacting me. You increased my payment amount and forcing me to pay a late fee from your unauthorized change of my payment amount.
So slow with my Internet. Come on you can do it better.
Portal has been down for 3 months
Trying to set up application and it won't authenticate process. Sorry app.
App sucks. Was working okay and then won't load my payment amount or anything. Have to do it on browser
App didn't work. Once you requested a security number to log in, you couldn't go see that number without the log in page going completely blank & unresponsive. Customer service couldn't do anything about it & when I submitted a comment to the app store I never heard back & issue was never fixed. This app is a waste of someones time & causes added frustrations to your day. Don't even download, just forget about it.
I couldn't get it to open.
I've never seen a company before this one whose grand business strategy was to make it very hard to pay them
