I would rate my overall experience very good. The only confusion I had was when one of my creditors had to be negotiated and I didn't understand so late in the game why my payments at the time did not reflect. So to me, the communication was lost. Now on the good side, once that agreement was agreed the simplicity to also incorporate Credit9 who then loans for 100% payoff with obviously large negotiated sum to be paid was seemless.
