I've been working with Credit 9 going on 3 years now and thus far have had great experience with them. They have always answered all my questions and assisted me with all my inquiries. Recently worked with *********************** who went above and beyond to assist me with what I wanted to do. He worked with me for a few days to make sure what I wanted done was completed to the best of my satisfaction. Would highly recommend them and work with them again.
Credit 9 was very helpful and informative. They were available to answer all of my questions. I was able to speak to a human and not a machine. I paid my loan off early, Credit 9 was helpful and guided me the entire step.

I spoke with *******************-customer service. Right away she told me that we were talking on a recorded line. She spoke very clear, nice. She was able to pull up my information very quickly. She was great! Except for telling me we have two more payments left. That made me sad because we thought we were done, lol, jk. She said all statements would be sent along with having paper work saying the account is closed. She was very informative. Thanks ****!
I just spoke with *******************, **************** Rep about my accounts that had been paid. She was extremely helpful in this area. Gave me the information I needed to pursue questions to the creditors. She also took the time to send me emails with the attached documents I would need to speak with the creditors.
