Took out a debt consolidation loan with Credit 9. Process is very simple and straightforward. Monthly payments came out on the date they were supposed to. Made additional principal payments throughout and paid off early. No issues. Great company to work with.

***********************, **************** Rep, was very helpful today. He helped me play my remaining balance with credit9. My experience with Credit9 was ***** at first just because before the app it was hard to know who to talk to in order to make extra payments and all. But now the app makes it much easier to communicate.
