**************** was phenomenal, in which I was apprehensive to join Credit9 at first, but ******************* made me feel comfortable with making the decision to move forward with services by adequately explaining how it would benefit me.
Was very helpful and easy to process and got the loan approved and now Im on my way to correct my life
They were ok. ******* and **** did explain portions where I was doubtful. The withdrawal dates did not work and I was told by **** that she would change for me once the initial process was complete. When I reached out to her she didn't. She directed me to customer service. You should never go back on your word to a customer. But that is typical sales
