Florida Service Customer We purchased our SRX in Florida and drove to Texas 4/6/2016. On our way the service engine light came on and at our arrival in Dallas called Crest for service. At 9am. 4/7, I took our car to Crest and received the best service experience, coordinated by Paul Zugelder. Not only was the engine problem corrected, but an oil filter leak was found and corrected. Benchmark service I purchases a 2009 Cadillac cts on 3/9/16, and had some issues needed fixed, and I can't that Crest Cadillac enough for there epecable service on my vehicle, they made everything correct.There Dealership stands behind what they say, I appreciate doing business with a Outstanding Class operation. I will recommend everyone I know to see these awesome people at this Dealership.

5 Star personalized treatment Great dealership to buy from with 5 star service. The personalized service from our salesman, Sam Hilou, made us feel right at home. We love our Escalade and our little girl loved her movie that Sam bought her.

Amazing Service!!!! We bought our new Escalade from Crest and the sales team was great however the reason we decided to purchase our new car here was because the amazing service! We use the service advisor Paul and they always go above and beyond picking up my car for service while leaving a loaner car and taking care of all of my concerns. Once when I was pregnant I locked my keys in the car and they send someone to help me get into my car! They are so helpful and go above and beyond but ask for Paul Z in service! Very good. Everything went very smoothly from the time I brought the car in for service, until I returned to pick it up. Gene Reeves had been my Service Rep for many, many years and he always provided excellent service. To him and the Service Dept, thank you!

Great job, and attention to detail beyond what I asked for! Phenomenal group of people! Immediate greeting and support for my wife's car. The coffee and the cookies were a favorite of hers! The repairs were done quickly and efficiently, and THANK YOU for going through the engine and drivetrain with a fine tooth comb! Your attention to detail has ensured that her new (to us at least) Cadillac will last a LONG time! Great work to your team!!!

"BEST CADILLAC DEALER TROPHY SHOULD GO TO CREST" YOUR SERVICE IS ALWAYS TOP NOTCH NO MATTER IF MY WORK IS WARRANTY OR CASH. MY GUY RANDY IS AWESOME. HE TAKES THE TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING NO MATTER HOW BUSY HES IS, HE DOESNT CUT CORNERS AND MAKES SURE MY VEHICLE STAYS IN CADILLAC SHAPE AND I REALLY APPRECIATE HIM AND THE COMPANY!!!
