Overall Experience with the Service Dept. I have purchased two Cadillacs from Crest in the last 12 years: A 2002 Deville and a 2010 Deville. During this period I always have had my cadillacs serviced by Crest and have always been satisfied. Their personal assistance service is outstanding as well as very friendly so I have no complaints.

The salesperson worked with me to get to a price that was reasonable and acceptable to me. His followup was timely and did not watse any of my time.
