Everyone is very helpful and kind from dropping off my car to Monica keeping me updated about my car. To the techs Will and Nathan working on it. And the cashiers being friendly and then to the valets when picking up my car. All around great service.

If Douglas isn't already a trainer for your company, he really should be. Very Professional, Personable, & Extremely knowledgeable of every vehicle on the lot.

Service took forever to get scheduled. Part ordering was not ordered in timely fashion. Just a mess from buying car to service. Not what we expect from Crest. Will be looking elsewhere
