Zero stars and a horrible experience. The salesman switched vehicles on us despite our calling them before we left (40 minute drive) asking if the exact stock number was on the lot. I wouldn’t buy anything from here and would steer clear. Lots of reputable Mercedes dealers in Texas to choose from…this isn’t one of them.

I was in the market for said . I spoke with Chris and was told by a service tech that the wasn't ready to be sold because they were replacing 1 of the twin turbo and the car couldn't be sold until the repairs were completed. So I was recommended to get the paperwork done.I did so and felt secure that I was going to purchase this beautiful .I thought it was a little odd but cargurus said it was a GREAT deal so I told myself to be patient. Went to see person i had been communicating with and he never came to even say hello,also i walked around in showroom floor for over 10 minutes before anyone even said a word to me, Salesman at other Cadillac places were much more professional and attentive. Crest will be on the bottom of my list in my search

Although I did buy the vehicle, the overall experience with the dealer was not good. The buying process took a few hours even though I came with my own loan. They talked down both the car I was buying and my trade in. They told me they don’t normally sell cars as old and with as many miles (as the one I came to buy). They told me my car with as many miles as it had would go to auction, so they could only offer my bottom dollar for the trade. Extremely unprofessional. I was called a day prior to confirm an appointment that I had not committed to nor did I know about it. I did let them know that I would be coming in the day after to look at the ct6. The salesperson agreed and asked for me to call when I was on my way. I live an hour away so I drove there and as I was 5 min away from the dealership, I called only to be told that the car had been sold. A phone call would have been nice. Crest dealership is the worst dealership when it comes to customer handling and practices. Their staff is trained to exert pressure on customers. On my first time there I thought of trading in my minivan with a newer one. Crest manager level staff told me that the price they are offering on my trade-in is the best and I actually cannot sell it anywhere else at all because it is not appearing in any of the government records. Didn’t really take what I was saying into account. Lied constantly. Swore car was going to auction every other day. Find the same car a year newer for less.

It was a nice car but fair warning, they add fees on top of the sales price that they don’t tell you about until you get there. The additional of this one was $1500.00.
