The rep responded to me and went out of his way to come show me the car to my job, only problem is I work at a dealership also and didn’t ask him to do that. I got in trouble with management because they found out I was trying to make a sale with another dealership instead of my own. Wishy-washy. Added $ @ signing! Nightmare! Told me it was sold, called me back days later to say it was available. Then sold the car while I was on the phone with a salesperson! Then called back to sell it to me again! I ask for TOTAL out the door price with gap & warranty, they quoted, at time of signing they ADDED $ for warranty! This was a nightmare!!! Someone told me to hurry to come look at the car then called back then said it's at the auction
After listing of never sent pictures asked repeatly. Keep trying to get me to drive 2 hours to car no pic. After a week or so of back & forth still never a picture. Got email stating didn't meet up with their standards so it's going to auction. Car's have to meet my standards. Doubt that they even intended to sell if even had.
They called me twice the morning that I was supposed to go out there to make sure I was still coming for the car. When I got there, they told me the car had been sold the previous day, but they were very willing to sell me a more expensive car. They didn't really seem to care though. I was contacted by someone who said they would keep me posted with the same cars, but every single time they contacted me, it was for a car entirely out of the price range that I was looking for.
Awful customer service, sold me the wrong car, car was not inspected, got yelled at by sales rep, management don’t follow up, worst car dealership I ever experienced.
quick to original response but did not listen to counter offer and then no response for days until general manger sent an email and then again no listening from another manager, don't waste your time.
Can't find the car. I was told that it was in service. Then told that they couldn't find it Then I was sent an e-mail saying that it was sold What is going on????? I wasted more then a day.
After I had left, the salesman Kodie called to tell me that their GM had agreed to my price. I told him I'd come by in the morning to buy the car and he agreed. He texted me 30 mins later to tell me the car was sold after we'd agreed on the deal. Crooked as hell. I emailed the dealership owner to call me and discuss, zero response. Steer clear of these guys.
