I felt that my poc was fake. I had some early concerns about the price and asked about it as guru did marked the car as 7000 below the market value. The poc told me that everything was perfect and that it is their business practice to quickly sell their stocks by offering the best price of the market. Biggest bunch of jerks I have ever dealt with. Absolutely worthless! These people are the reason everyone hates car dealers! I will tell everyone to never deal with or trust these bunch of idiots. Could not give me a straight answer typically salesman running back and forth to the management group did not know anything about the car told me it was automatic and when I was arranging financing (my credit union) they pointed out it showed manual called the rep and he acted like I was mistaken about the automatic feature. This is a vehicle I really wanted. I was text by a representative but he never set anything up and he did not reply after the initial contact. Bad communication on their part.
They called me and said come up here so I expected the truck to be there but once i got there they said its gone to the auction but we got another suv you will like it . So i agreed to see it he comes back and says im sorry it gone to the auction too. SMH #bait and switch.
Dealership ain't worth a flip. On a 4600 dollar car had 3 grand as down payment couldn't get approve because credit score wasn't above a 600. Don't waste your time at this dealership.
The contact was immediate, but I did not discuss a possible purchase with my companion until afterwards. Consequently, I had to change the idea of purchasing.
The sales person was extremely non-responsive. Several times he would state he would provide me answers to questions, return a call or provide me basic information and he rarely did what he promised. I bought a new 2018 Infiniti QX 80 from another dealership.
Spoke to dealer. Was to send additional info on the vehicle in question. Did not receive the info until a week later
For this to be a large dealership, my experience with Crest's customer service was unpleasant. The first salesman I dealt with NEVER returned my calls or texts. The second one the same, but when he did, he told us that the vehicle we were interested in was sent to auction. When we found a similar vehicle at another dealership, he talked badly about the dealership and we caught him in several lies. It seemed as if our $10,000.00 CASH budget wasn't large enough for them to fool with us.
