0 Star : My Experience mostly satisfied...yes. complete;y satisfied...no. At this point I wouldn't say there is really much that can be done. Initially, there was some communication lag. It improved as time went. The repairs were completed as indicated, and maybe even a little earlier than expected. The repair quality looks great at this time. No issues there. There was a lot of dust that made its way in the vehicle, which was mostly cleaned up but still exists in some crevices and on some surfaces.
0 Star : My Experience There is no need to call. I spoke with someone about my issues. I just feel like the advisors should keep in contact with their customers about the process and repairs on their car. My car was there four days short of a month and I received two text about my car when I called numerous times to get updates and left messages.
