0 Star : My Experience I was very disappointed! I had to take my car back in twice for adjustments that should have been corrected in the quality check! Additionally there was a problem that the crest service department fixed because the collision people could not. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 0.5 Star : Repair Quality 1.5 Star : Customer Service

0 Star : My Experience My car was damaged and then I ended up having to pay out of pocket for your staff's negligence 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend would not and will not recommend your service 0.5 Star : Repair Quality Did not satisfy my needs as a customer. My car was further damaged due to your company's negligence. 0.5 Star : Customer Service was unable to fulfill my needs as a customer 0.5 Star : Returned Clean

0 Star : My Experience mostly satisfied...yes. complete;y satisfied...no. At this point I wouldn't say there is really much that can be done. Initially, there was some communication lag. It improved as time went. The repairs were completed as indicated, and maybe even a little earlier than expected. The repair quality looks great at this time. No issues there. There was a lot of dust that made its way in the vehicle, which was mostly cleaned up but still exists in some crevices and on some surfaces.

0 Star : My Experience There is no need to call. I spoke with someone about my issues. I just feel like the advisors should keep in contact with their customers about the process and repairs on their car. My car was there four days short of a month and I received two text about my car when I called numerous times to get updates and left messages. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend If this experience represent the craftsmanship at crest collision. Then no I wouldn't recommended to anybody. 2 Star : Repair Quality I have always put my best trust in Crest Auto group. And for the first time i was letting down. I sent in my car for a hail damage repair, which I understand the heavy workload crest collision had at the time. So I can torlarate the extended repairing time.
