I had to point out multiple issues with the repair job that had to be redone or addressed more than once before the car was repaired correctly. 2 Star : Likely to Recommend If Chris and Larry were not employed there, I would not recommend Crest Collision. 5 Star : Repair Quality The quality of workmanship and the attentiveness of Chris Loaiza was excellent. However, the reception desk personnel are simply not focused on customer service. If Larry and Chris were not working at Crest Collision I simply would not use the body shop for repairs.
