Crest took advantage of the fact I drove 6 hours to pick up my car. 0 Star : My Experience I was told that surface scratches would be buffed out and they clearly were not. Yet, my invoice shows $125.00 for buffing and polishing. It is an inconvenience to get the car back in but I will do so as my service rep suggested.

0 Star : My Experience I was never told the cost and when I was informed that my car was ready I showed up thinking the insurance was covering it all because they never told me the cost or got my approval to do the work if it was going to cost. It would not blow cold air and the fan would only blow on 4 and 5 not on the 1,2, or 3. All of this worked prior to my accident. I took my truck back that afternoon.
