Crest took advantage of the fact I drove 6 hours to pick up my car. 0 Star : My Experience I was told that surface scratches would be buffed out and they clearly were not. Yet, my invoice shows $125.00 for buffing and polishing. It is an inconvenience to get the car back in but I will do so as my service rep suggested.

0 Star : My Experience I was never told the cost and when I was informed that my car was ready I showed up thinking the insurance was covering it all because they never told me the cost or got my approval to do the work if it was going to cost.
