Exceptional customer service and got the best deal! I’m a recent college graduate who was looking to lease a car with very specific requirements. Great service; deal done in 2 hours flat DJ Johnson and team knew what I was looking for and had cars ready for test drive; within an hour had the papers and pricing ready to sign. I had told them they only get 2 hours of my time; and the second the alarm went off on my phone i would walk out if i was still trying to sign papers; they did not disappoint. Best of all he got me a deal on Cadillac even though I initially came in to test out an Infiniti.
Highly Recommended DJ was an upfront and personable guy to work with and we would highly recommend him for anyone’s next purchase. Nice people all around at the dealership.
What car buying should be! DJ made our experience fun and stress free. It’s been awhile since we’ve purchased a new vehicle, but I still remember those long, uncomfortable visits ending in the infamous negotiation game. Our experience was nothing like that. From the initial test drive, the inventory review, the negotiation to the familiarization and delivery, the process was smooth and stress free. This dealership and DJ are top notch.
What car buying should be !! DJ & his team are the needle in haystack in the Automobile relationship biz. They focus on listening to the person ... not managing the transaction. They have a solid product ... but they've figured out when you "listen" to your customer's needs ... & focus your efforts on meeting that need ... you'll not sell them one car ... you'll see them again & again ... because they are comfortable & trust the guidance / advice their receiving.
