Needs met with no issues Keagan has been very helpful through this process. We almost bought a car from him a month ago but we changed our mind last minute. No problem. We were having issues with our QX56 again. It is a 2011 model. I was done. Called Keagan Saturday morning and had a vehicle by 4:00 that afternoon. Wife loves the vehicle. He was very helpful and courteous. Easy to deal with.

Supportive My vehicle was totaled and i started shopping. I don’t like pushy salespeople and communicated my situation and timeline. DJ was very respectful of my requests. Actively listened to my needs. Ultimately I did not buy an Infiniti from them. I did purchase a different vehicle to replace my totaled one and because of DJ’s excellent customer service, I Made sure that I purchased my new vehicle from another Crest Dealership.

Satisfied Buyer I submitted an internet request Sunday afternoon and DJ responded immediately. He asked all of the important questions and setup an appointment next day. He was very professional and kind. DJ also arranged the completion of my sale on his off day. Cedric, Kaleb, and Li Shao took good car of me.
