New car purchase DJ and his manager Thanh were real nice guys. They offered me a test drive on a new Q60, and I came back with an offer the next day. Basically they accepted the offer without too much back and forth. Pity I had to purchase my car from another dealership in the end, because the ones at Crest did not have the exact features I was looking for. But I'll be returning there for service, I owe them one.

Finally someone that listens to a customer! I was in the market for a new vehicle. I already had been to multiple dealerships and received the run-around and had my needs ignored. Patient, professional & phenomenal experience! I have been working with DJ since before the 2019 QX50 came out. He’s been patiently waiting for my to come around and has been literally the best dealer person I’ve ever worked with. He was patient, understanding, honest, and so helpful. Great dealership, top to bottom I just finished my second car deal with Tux in five months. Both times were smooth, pressure-free, efficient, and thorough.
