Great Salesmanship We recently purchased 2 cars from DJ. One was a seamless purchase but encountered some issues with the other (not DJ’s fault). However, he went above and beyond to rectify our concerns & made sure that we had a great customer experience! I’d greatly recommend DJ if you’re in the market for a car. Great experience I was interested in the Infiniti Q50 for my mom, I sent in a request via online, I was contacted minutes later by David. He took in all of what I wanted in the car, my payments, my amount down and everything. Very professional, got the deal wrapped up all over the phone via, text, email....he drove and delivered the car to my family that was 3 hours away ! Amazing customer service !! Great car shopping experience I would recommend Crest to anyone looking for a new vehicle. DJ Johnson really listened to what I am looking for in a new sedan. The test drive was great and he highlighted the many unique features of the G50 Red Sport. He answered all my questions. Neither he or his manager gave me a lot of pressure to buy.

Excellent Experience DJ has great knowledge of his product, the infiniti QX60. He was calm and cool in trying to make us the best deal. I would certainly recommend DJ for the purchase of an Infiniti. We enjoyed our time spent at this awesome dealership. Unfortunately, we chose another make other than the Infiniti due to interior color not available on the Infiniti, totally out of DJ’s control. As painless as possible Ask for DJ. No games and honest. I have purchased two cars from DJ and three from Crest. All dealerships should learn from how Crest and DJ work with customers. It’s a 400 mile drive for me and I think it’s wotth it.
