Crest Infiniti Review Crest Infiniti has overrall been a great experience top to bottom. My husband and I worked with Earnest Morgan. When we arrived he quickly got to know us and was interested in what was best for us. He did not try to sale us something we did not need. Earnest worked with finance to find a payment that fit us. Since then my QX60 has had a rattle noise. Daniel and the service department has been great assisting me with fixing the noise. Purchase experience Salesman Earnest Morgan was very professional and made sure the buying experience was positive and stress free. Car performs as promised and has met our expectations. Earnest did what many salespeople do not do in so many industries: he followed up and he still does several months after the purchase, to ensure we are satisfied with the car and to offer his assistance if needed

Amazing Service My experience at Crest was outstanding. My sales rep, Ernest Morgan was kind and had such a wonderful spirit. I came in with a service issue and walked out with a brand new off the truck QX50. Its was an amazing day for me and I cant wait until its time for my next purchase!!!!

Olivia was awesome! We came in to upgrade our Infiniti QX50 to a QX60 and still had 6 months left on our lease so we weren't sure we would be able to get what we wanted. Olivia was very helpful with our situation as well as selecting the right vehicle. She pulled three QX60s with different color combinations so that we were sure I was happy with what we would be getting. She was so sweet and personable. TRULY UNBELIEVABLE!! Crest Infiniti is THE luxury experience! I must say that I honestly prepared myself for the worst (due to my past experiences at other car dealerships) but what I actually received was THE BEST....EVER!! Thank you Crest Infinity! As Infinity lovers (we have had two and presently have a Q50) we walked into Crest Infinity to test drive the QX30 and QX50 and met our salesman Stephen VanHess and ultimately the Management team supporting him.
