I my experience the service department dropped the ball. They should have had all the information about the part I requested well before my arrival so that they were prepared to complete the service in a reasonable amount of time.

I highly recommend doing business with crest infiniti as they are very professional and treats their potential and current customers with excellent customer service. I had the pleasure of having Robert Simmonds as my sales person and he was so amazing. He is very knowledgeable, super helpful and so patient. Whitney was amazing! She assisted me right away and treated me with the utmost respect. I will 100% recommend coming to Infiniti just for her amazing customer service alone. I was able to test drive multiple cars until I found the one I truly felt comfortable in. She gave me a tour of the facility and consistently checked on me throughout the process. Please give her a pay raise (at least 30%), a bonus, extra vacation time and employee of the month (parking space included). She deserves it!
