We got the best service for me QX 60 from this dealer ship. Customer service is very excellent. On time service. Charges is very normal.
We decided to purchase a QX50 Infiniti. We decided to try Crest Infiniti. We worked Jibril Holman. I had purchased a QX60 from Grubbs Infinti in August 2020. It was the most awful,dishonest experience. Crest Infiniti was the total opposite of Grubbs. Jibril was an excellent, professional salesman. He listened to what we wanted and was extremely patient. Exceptional service, dedicated to assisting the customer and making sure they leave happy. One of the few dealerships I have dealth with since I started buying Infiniti products in 2009 where they put the customer first and work hard to make sure they leave satisfied. Alan is awesome!

Took my car in for an oil change and to check on a heating/AC issue. My advisor Alan was very thorough, curteous and got me in and out with a loaner. The next day he informed me they could not duplicate the issue. But replaced the part that causes this to occur. That was extremely thoughtful of them to take care of it, will definitely be back to see him fornmy car needs.
My service today was the best I have ever received. The greeted me the minute I arrived and quickly got my loaner car and I was on my way.
