Decent experience overall largely thanks to my Services Consultant Troy Dunn. He's the main reason I come back to Crest Infiniti. The service took about an hour longer than anticipated despite adding one additional element. And when I got the car back, the application user settings (audio, climate control, etc) had been changed. Took me a few minutes to figure out what had happened. Not a big deal, but attention to little details like this makes a difference.
