I was very happy with my service. I was especially happy that they gave me a rental car with no charge even though I didnt purchase my car from them. Lots of trying to sell you extras or even a new vehicle which gets old quick. Telling me the recall issues don't apply to my vehicle when they do is troubling as well. They never seem to have a loaner car available but offer Uber to take and pick you up from work--really? An Uber to Sherman from Frisco I found that interesting and the fact when you replace one tire suddenly another turns red on inspection and you really should have that taken care of too.
