My Service Advisor Alan has taken such great care of my car. He has really helped me get this car in top running shape, and it is running better and better. I really love this used 2008 G37 Coupe, however the previous owners did not service it properly and it was in very bad shape. My car has a much smoother ride now. I am very happy with the Service Department at Crest Infiniti:-)!!
I was met by two very nice young men and escorted inside to wait. I brought the car in for a recall and a tire. I had requested a loaner vehicle based upon the time I was told it would take to make the repairs prior to the visit and this time they had one! I do not have all of my service performed here, but I did request, based upon records and receipts of the services I have had done outside this dealership be notated so it doesn't look as if I am declining needed maintenance when it in fact has been completed.
