Excellent Service The service rep, Erica, that assisted me was extremely helpful. She was understanding about the needs but also considerate of what you can actually handle at that time. I don’t like going to a dealership and they throw all the services on you and make you feel bad if you don’t get them right then. She wasn’t like that. 20,000 mile service Service advisor was courteous, professional, kept me informed of service to be done, when and what completed and future service recommendations. Service was completed in a timely manner and the waiting area was clean, comfortable and had Starbucks coffee.
