This was one of the best buying experiences we have had when buying a vehicle. Carlos was honest and caring. He did not employ the normal sales tactics one goes in expecting to deal with. This was my first time taking my vehicle to Crest. ...it most definitely won't be my last. Roy was my Service Advisor and he was professional and very positive. My vehicle repairs were completed efficiently and in a reasonable time. Ask for Roy when you go to Crest, tell em Malika said he's the BEST!

Two words: Shon Vaughn. Run, don't walk, if you're in the market for a new car! I walked in feeling defeated but he was able to read me and understand exactly what I was looking for and in need of.
