My service manager Mario was excellent. Yesterday when I called, he got my appointment scheduled immediately. When I arrived today, he saw to my problems and kept me informed as the day went on. He knew my Crest service history and was able to relate it to the work currently being done. I won't know for a few days whether the technician's work fully corrected my issues, but Mario made me feel confident that I could contact him about any further steps that might be necessary.
