salesperson was nice but once i got to finance, they entered wrong ss number so could not go online and pay. Found this out once i never received an email even telling me how to pay because they didn't take my email!! Went back to crest and they gave me number to call and get straight because they already got funded so they couldn't help even though they messed everything up. They call you when they want a good review but can't answer if you need help with stuff they messed up. I would of had no problem doing a review for ... read more

Important Note on Yelp Offer: Your service has to be over $100 before taxes. It doesn't mention this until after you've checked in. I didn't know this until after I had handed my car over to the shop. My bill was just shy of $100 and they didn't help me out. After being there three times, I will not go back unless I absolutely have to. Each time the level of service has gone down. They have a premium price (just shy of $100 for an oil change and tire rotation) which should come with premium service - caring reps who want wh... read more

They reached out to me (email & mail) asking if I was interested in trading in my 2019 that I purchased from them. I responded with what terms I would need in order to make it work (price range, length of financing, appx value needed on trade-in, etc). They assured me they thought they could do it - "definitely get close" and begged me to come in to the dealership. So I did. Well, they are liars. If I could give a zero I would. Typical dealership. They call you on for a recall and guess what. You got it. They intimidate the less experience, my teenage son this time, into a 180$ diagnostic work up of an air bag light which is easily reset with the ignition switch. Then tried to tell me the FIRST step is to replace the seatbelt for a mere 900$. Then ther is an undetermined amount of other necessary repairs for a truck worth a few grand. This is why dealerships have a bad wrap! will never go nor buy from this place.... read more

No one is smart here !!!! For months I've had problems with my tire which was a covered by mpp but they said I I didn't have a warranty (but I did).... After calling Mpp ( which was through Nissan ) I went back up there and they said I needed a new tire and that it was a run flat but they didn't have any in stock and they would have to order it .So once it was in I went back . They took the car to the back WROTE ON IT ... and then came back and said THEY DO NOT HAVE THE EQUIPMENT TO CHANGE A RUN FLAT AND I SHOULD GO TO DI... read more

Dealer participates in KBB's Instant Cash Offer program, staff repeatedly pushed to schedule an appointment to sell car after I received a quote. Didn't actually want the car and offered 1/8th the quote. Wasted over an hour of our time because their staff couldn't be bothered to read basic information about their leads.

Honestly the worst experience I've ever had trying to buy a car. The advertised price was $16637. However that was untrue because there was a option package of $3500 that I would have been forced to purchase because it was already on the vehicle. What about that is optional? If it was mandatory then the price should have been advertised as $20137. They offered to lower the option package down to $3000. While that is nice I still didn't want any of those options. I was terribly disappointed with the attitudes of many of the employees here. While waiting for my car, I heard arguments F-bombs, & degrading remarks about other customers.

Misleading info on the web to get you there and increase your price with add ons not requested nor advertised. Really bad customer experience with even management willing to take advantage of the chip shortage. When it is over the bill of these practices will have a cost for their future business. Absolutely not recommended
