I will never take my vehicle back here again, I sent my daughter to take my car in for a oil change, she called and told me the price. I immediately asked her if they were doing something different. The amount was a lot more than what I originally been paying. My shopping experience here was bad. I was told on the phone that a particular vehicle with base options I saw on-line was on the lot so I went down. The salesperson looked up that car on his computer, took the keys to my car to be evaluated for trade in value and then went to pull that vehicle around for a test drive. If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. I have NEVER in all my car buying years had such terrible, dishonest customer service. If you're looking to buy a car/truck/suv please drive right on by this place. Once you get there they give you numbers which are way above the asking price that's listed online. Not only do they give you one price but every time they go in to talk to their boss "Jeff stogner" they come out with a different price every time. 3 different dollar amounts!! Worst car buying experience ever and I have bought many cars from many dealers over the years. Would not recommend to anyone, I was treated unprofessionally and unfairly by Jeff Stogner ( manager) on my car purchase, avoid this place!

2/4/2023 I am very disappointed in how this ordeal ended. I came in this morning believing that Brian Pacheco, General Manager was going to work out a deal for me and everything but that happened. It seems his demeanor changed after I included Kendall Palmer on speaker phone who asked some hard questions. Once again you told me to come to the dealership, pick out a car that I liked, test drive it and that you wanted to make me happy. And the drama continues.... After 2 months they can't even get a tag for my car. My paper tag expires in days and I'm sorry I do not believe the state is the hold up. I feel this place is a buyer beware at every possible venture. Nothing can possibly go smoothly or in the best interest of the customer. The next conversation will be with the BBB and the news, this place should be shut down for the absolute incompetence and bordering on fraudulent practices in place. Stay AWAY!! Take your money and time elsewhere....

UPDATE 1/9 I have owned this car for 4 months that I purchased from this place and I have only drove it TWO WEEKS TOTAL because it continues to break down. It's now at the shop for a THIRD TIME. This is ridiculous, do not buy a car from this place. All they care about is making money off you, they don't care about what they sell. Bottom line, this place knowingly sold me a crap car, STAY AWAY!
