BEWARE: Bait and switch tactics and all-around dishonest sales practices. Read my story before buying from this dealership. I hate to have to do this. But, the dealership left me no option. Horrible experience dealing with Jeff in pre owned i live hour plus away from this location when my Jeep was ready he wanted to deliver it to me late at night. Obviously I know better then buying a car in the dark so of course I told him know I would go the following day which I did turned out the Jeep was flooded .. has rust everywhere on it. Took my truck to these folks. Over a period of almost three weeks they charged me over $3000 dollars to replace 3 universal joints. When I complained they said they would refund the over charge. Said they mailed a check. Guess what never happened. Been a customer there for many years. They are not representing Nissan well at all. Guess small claims is next. Very disappointing.

Just stay away from Crest Nissan I suggest ANY OTHER Nissan dealership. Bought a 2015 Hyundai Veloster on November 27th, the trunk latch button did not work, the back right bumped needed clips, and the front right bumper was sagging. Before signing for the vehicle I was told it could all be fixed and even signed a WE OWE deal for the list of things I wanted fixed upon buying the vehicle. Management is the epitome of Used Car Salesmen. Artful in the bait and switch strategy to get you into their dealership and then raise prices or switch cars. I've bought many cars in my life, and normally really enjoy the overall odd process, but this experience was the absolute worst. Many Nissan dealership options in N. Texas and I would strongly advise that you avoid this one!

An absolute waste of my time tonight. I waited 10 minutes for the salesman that had an appointment with me to finally come see me. He gave me to someone else because he was with a customer already, who then checked my credit. Nearly 30 minutes and he had not come back. I went to the finance office where the sharks were gathered to then find my salesman was apparently it seemed at least with another customer. I told them they had 2 minutes. Spend your money elsewhere. I had such a terrible experience at this dealership, I was lied to, hung up on, and treated very terribly. I purchased a 2012 White VW Jetta GLI on Friday, October 1st, 2021. The contract fell through on the car because something was wrong with the car that could not be fixed, which I think was a lie. One of the most unscrupulous corrupt Dealerships that I have ever encountered, Lying deceiving thieving trash! These people had us in limbo for three weeks, playing the car shell game of we sent out your car to Volkswagen to change the Timing Belt, but when you call Volkswagen, the car is not there. I previously had one of the only good reviews on here for crest nissan and at the time I didn't know why. Now I do. I took my car in to get the brakes checked because I was noticing some shaking whenever I would brake. There ended up being about 10 services they recommended. I picked which services to get since they seemed necessary for the safety of my car and I think there was about 6 or 7 I was going to get done.
