I loved my experience purchasing my new Volvo! I had the opportunity to work with Tyler and Tim and both were so knowledgeable and friendly. It can be very overwhelming to buy a new car but they were so attentive and helped answer all of my questions. Tim was really an all-star as I’m expecting my first baby and brought the car seat to test it out and had no idea what I was doing and started to get overwhelmed! First time customer for Volvo service and the experience was great! Received a video from the mechanic working on my car explaining all points checked with upcoming needed maintenance. Did not push to get everything done now and really customer focused. Ally was great to work with
