My XC90 was brought in for regular maintenance and new tire installation. While the process was delayed a bit awaiting new tire delivery, the overall experience was fine. The loaner vehicle pickup and delivery went smoothly. Jordan was on top of things, as usual. The service department also did a great job of cleaning my XC90.
