I had to use Volvo's 24/7 Roadside Assistance to tow my vehicle, as my vehicle would not start. This is the second time I've had to use this service (first time was a flat tire), and am extremely pleased. My service visit was clearly unplanned, however, Lyn was ready for us when we arrived and kept me informed with daily updates. I highly recommend Lyn and Crest Volvo.

Keith was awesome! He was very thorough in explaining everything. On the other hand, the service department is very hard to get a hold of. It took me 4 months to get connected to a technician.
