The Crest Volvo service department went above and beyond to fix my brand new XC60. The service light came on at 1500 miles which made me really anxious. I took it in and received a loaner. I was able to pick my car up within two days, but the light came right back on. Without even asking, Lyn sent a valet person to pick up my car at my work and leave me alone. It took quite a bit of time to fix it, but they were able to iron out all the problems. I am happy that I have continue to stay at Credt for all my servicing needs.
