Mr. Locke Reynolds exhibits outstanding inter-personnel skills in establishing a relationship with the customer. Has the ability to get the client to "like & trust" him and his role within the dealership. Finance Department is one of the most difficult areas in a dealership to establish a bond with the customer because they are promoting a non-tangible purchase item and the most important last impression a car buyer has in the buying experience when he walks out off that office!
