It was refreshing to deal with Crest Volvo. They were professional, straight forward, and prompt in service requested on my Volvo. I live in Oklahoma and had visited a Volvo dealer in OKC. I wanted an extra key fob for my vehicle. The cost would be around $400. However Volvo-OKC looked at car and stated I needed NEW software to get key fob. Estimate was over $1000 !!!
