So far, I’ve found their service department to be great! I’ve had my car in a few times for general maintenance things. This last time, I decided to use their complementary pickup/drop off service. It’s a nice option, but appointment times were not adhered to. They had to delay my pickup time By an hour and did call to make sure it was ok. I said. Everyone there, especially service advisor Lyn Ford, is exceptional. They go out of their way to make you feel as if you’re the only customer they have at present. I literally feel like a celeb whenever I go there. Lyn Ford has been my advisor for years now and he never fails to go over what my car needs in a manner that I understand.
