First-Class Treatment We are from San Antonio, but bought our XC 90, on a business trip. Crest reputation nationally, is well deserved. Our Sales Consultant, Dustin, was very product knowledge, the Management Desk treated us fairly, we bought the right car at the right price, and Jorge in F&I was a pleasure, he spoke bilingual for all of us. Above and beyond My check engine light came on in my 2019 Volvo. David, the Service Writer took the time to proactively contact Volvo and under warranty fixed the system that caused the light to come on along with it’s sister system which usually follows sequentially, saving me a second trip for the same repair in the coming weeks. That kind of proactive service will definitely earn my loyalty as a customer
