The people at Crest Volvo helped me by getting my car in for the earliest appointment available. I was on the road from Kansas to visit my daughter at Baylor. My service consultant was in touch with me before 8 the next morning. Ally had an idea as to what was going on. Asked permission to pursue diagnostic evaluation. Outstanding Customer Service - David Bulkeley. I have a Volvo XC 70 which has been serviced at Crest for the last 10 years. Not often do you find a customer service consultant like David who provides exceptional customer service. He is very personable, communicates clearly provides various options to the repair etc. i would purchase a car at Crest - because I know I will get this unique post purchase service experience.
