Purchased our 3rd Volvo, over 13 yrs, from this dealer. Unlike our prior purchase experiences at the Plano/Frisco LR/MB/BMW stores, where the sales experience, purchasing vehicles priced @ 6figures, was, shall we say, a bit pompous, whereas T Volvo, our entire sales experience, from initial introductions though taking the new vehicle home, was casually cordial, efficient and lacked the typical drawn-out “ask my manager” rigamarole that is SOP at other stores - it was a breeze and a 5/5 experience.

The Service Consultant Mark was outstanding. I was preparing for a trip out of town and needed the 30,000 miles service and a tire rotation, and Mark got it done. The effort he made was worth while. Great visit and awesome vehicle service.

Very easy process and accommodating for those of us still social distancing. We were able to purchase this vehicle without the typical back-and-forth that seems to be the norm with car sales. Honest and straightforward the whole way.

The team was great, we came in to test drive a car a car we saw on line. Max had the car pulled up when we got there. I think it was love at first site for my husband. Done deal.

I have been a customer for more than 15 years, and I love that I have had the same Seevice Advisor. Everyone is so courteous and attentive. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car!

Edward was the best sales consultant I have ever worked with. He was the most knowledgeable about the product. I am a self professed car fanatic, yet he impressed me with his knowledge and confidence in the products Volvo offers. He was very respectful and placed no pressure on me to close the deal. He made the entire process smooth and his follow through was top notch. He kept in touch and provided great personal detail to my sales experience. I always have loved dealing with Crest Volvo. No games, no hassle, fantastic product and wonderful service! Brandon did not pressure me in the least. He knew that I was shopping several different Makes and Models. He let the Volvo speak for itself, and didn't try to "sell" me on it.
