Great experience!! My experience at Crest was amazing and I ended up with the Volvo that I had been looking at for a while. I love my new car and I’m happy with the salesman, Billy. Great Customer Service I was VERY pleased with Crest's customer service with the purchase of our vehicle. First, the car buying process was pretty painless and straightforward. Douglas Aaron did an amazing job I met Douglas several months ago at Crest. He went out of his way to show and text me XC90s as they came in. He was always professional, kind, answered all my questions and was never pushy. It never felt to me about him making a sell, but about me finding the right car at the right time.
