I was very pleased with my service yesterday. The man who managed my service was clear, complete and personable. I was able to wait outside in lovely weather. Wait time was reasonable. The car even sounds better after the service. I plan to continue going there for my service.

Brandon Bowen was fantastic. He made the entire process easy and safe. I was leasing a new car for my 84 mom and he was very sensitive to her safety with Covid.

I purchased my 4th or 5th car at Crest Volvo and had a wonderful experience. My salesperson Max Caplin was very patient with me as I vacillated between two different models. He didn't put any pressure on me to make a decision and over a 3-day period, I finally settled on the XC60. Over the last 11 years I've also used the service department repeatedly and had an excellent experience with them as well. Highly recommend Crest Volvo for sales and service needs.

I’ve been a satisfied customer since 2015. The service has always been top notch. Extremely professional tenured staff that always goes out of their ways to make me feel special and a valued customer. I think the new Frisco location is beautiful. I continue to drive 55 miles one way to let them service my car. I trust my service advisor and he has supported me for 5+ years. I will be a Crest Volvo customer for life!

The entire proces with Crest Volvo was exceptional. I connected with Kenneth Fleeger via the website and had the best experience. He sent everything in writing so that I could see the incentives and rebates by line item to understand the pricing, which two other dealerships wouldn’t do.
