Barry and Duncan, GM, gave me the best deal! I like the dealership of Volvo in Frisco which is recently opened. They allowed me to drive the car that I purchased for a while.

Really top notch experience beginning to end. I was in market for a car and spent two days online and then in person at dealership. Max is a pro and listened to what I wanted and got me into the right vehicle. Basically a hassle free experience and I drove off the lot in a great car a few hours later.

What an incredible dealership, we have leased three cars now from Crest. With today’s technology, I was approach by numerous dealers in the Dallas area, none of the the others could match Crest’s level of service. Our experience with Kaylee was excellent. She is kind, yet persistent in a useful way. She is very knowledgeable about the cars and buying process. I would recommend Crest and Kaylee to everyone. So far, I’ve found their service department to be great! I’ve had my car in a few times for general maintenance things. This last time, I decided to use their complementary pickup/drop off service. It’s a nice option, but appointment times were not adhered to. They had to delay my pickup time By an hour and did call to make sure it was ok. I said.
