Just moved to Dallas area & Crest was able to book an appointment immediately & take care of state inspection as well. Mark, in service, was very polite; kept us abreast of service status & let us know a couple of things that had been neglected & would need repair soon but could wait (today was just about inspections & front plate holders). I like being informed, being told told priority level of service, no scare tactics or pressure. Looking forward to doing business with Crest Volvo in the near future.

Customer service was great. Found the car we wanted called Ken and he explained what is was when we got there it was exactly as he described it. Test drive it and took it home. I would recommend Crest Volvo to anyone.
